X2, I love my 175+ so much that I tied to buy one for work and found out that they were replaced. I bought the 180c for work and HATE it. Something must be wrong with it, it sucks.

Damn, I almost bought a 180C, now I'm glad I didn't. I love my Hobart 210 though.

Yeah the Ironman 210 is pretty big, I've got the Handler 210. Pretty much the same machine but the Handler has less wire capacity(10lb vs 30lb I think), lower duty cycle(30% vs 40%), and smaller case(same small box as the 140 and 187). Any of the differences are pretty insignificant for garage fabwork. Anyway, nice find on the Lincoln, you'll enjoy it a lot.

Good to hear about Jim's performance. Do they do performance stuff to the ecm's also?

Does the atlas mount right to the 4l60e?

Default some more updates

Ok, for the updates from this weekend:
-Got the front entirely done. (not fully welded)
-Engine and trans mounts are all in place.
-rear axle tabs are dont for the axle
-Rear hoops are made and ones in place right now

Now heres my issue, when making the back half kit i ended up limiting my full bump because the lower arm hits.(pic 2) So, i messed up and im moving on about it, but i have 3 ways to move on.

1. Raise the entire height of the jeep (changing the front suspension mounts again)
2. Turn the 4link brackets inward and make the distance between the lowers on the axle shorter (might be 4" shorter at make I beleive.)
3. Cut and notch the frame for the lower link with some larger dia. DOM and essentially sleeve the lower link as it passes through the frame.

All the pics are with the suspension at ride height which is 4" if shaft showing on the shock.
