Default I need pics and names for Boondocker!

I am going to write something up to put in the Boondocker. If you were in Jim Roys run (the bubble gum run) please get with me and forward me your names and pics. I tried to take a bunch of pics, but being the tailgunner left me out of a lot of the cool trail busting action shots. I'm sure there are a bunch of cool photos. Email them to me at oz6555@yahoo.com

Thanks a bunch.

Also, if you have any good pics from any of the groups or want something added please contact me!

lol. I wasn't on the same run as you, but I want a flatty sooooo bad. I can't exactly write a story about your run though.

Go ahead and write something up about your run. It would be cool if we could have articles from each of the 4 runs for the Boondocker.

The "Boondocker" is the magazine that the Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association puts out to it's members that lists important information in regards to issues involved in the sport of four wheeling.
Basically it talks about:
legal issues involved in wheeling (trying to keep more trails open and working with the DNR to not close trails
Stories from members and their experiences on trips and trail clean up
tips and tricks - Four wheeling safety
Articles about new places to wheel
Calendar of Events (Such as SnoFari, Yogi's Pig Gig, Jeep Blessing etc...)

NightKrawler pretty much summed it up. Basically it's a offroad mag that's got all local stuff in it. We also have some pretty good connections with UFWDA now and we might try to submit stuff for the Voice as well. You could have your rig in a national offroad mag then!

Thanks for the input, i had no idea what it was, thinking it might have been a mag, just wasnt sure. I will look into becoming a member now also. I didnt think about it much before, because i thought it was just a bunch of yuppies, wanna be wheelers trying to suck money outa you so they could buy more bling, bling stuff for their jeep, guess i was wrong. Sorry for not taking you guys more serious.

Let's see, the GLFWDA president drives an H2 with machine guns on the hood. The VP drives a ratty TJ on 35s. Not exactly bling bling rigs. They get used, and abused. Most of the board was at SnoFari actually.

Basically it's a bunch of guys, like you, who like to wheel but who have came down too many trails that were once enjoyed but now have roadblocks.

Joining GLFWDA, whether you are active with coming to meetings and helping or only a monetary supporter, is one of the best things you can do to ensure you will be able to wheel for years to come.

That's my thoughts anyway.

Oz's Jeep is downright anti-bling. I can't say that about Bob.

Association financial information is handed out at each meeting so those who attend can make sure the money is spent wisely.
