I did not have time to view the whole site and did not realize the name change. I just posted it up because I have not seen that tread on a recap before. I have MTR's on my pickup and like them. IIRC 315/75 R16. I did not see that size on the recap website. did I miss it?

I was looking for 315s and didn't see them. I am gonna call in the morning.

On a side note has anyone used the ultra grip tires. Is the traction that much better.

i will be ordering a set of 285s from them in the near future. its a 445 plus the 24 dollars to ship them. thats a killer deal for a set of tires. ive recaps before with no problems at all.

how do you think they would hold up on a diesel pick up pulling a gooseneck. to soft and roast them down fast or just like any other tire rotate is key?

air pressure is the key for caps. heat is what kills them. low pressure equals heat.

Rotate them too.
