Default Snowless Place to ride

Thinking about heading down south for some trail riding on the dirtbike for new years. I was wondering if anyone know of any good places in Ohio or Indiana area that would be snow free with some good single tracks. I prefer tighter trails (not big enough for quads). I would really like to find some single tracks and stay away from race tracks or wider trails. I ride an MX bike so my mileage limit is about 30 miles on a tank of gas but I can work around that if necessary.

Also what is needed to legally ride these trails, aka an ORV sticker from the appropriate state or anything like that. Bike is legal in MI (ORV sticker, spark arrester).

Thanks for the help.

i would go all the way to florida. The GNCC loop at hardrock cycle park is awesome if you like dodging trees while going up and down 75 degree or steeper hills!

Hardrock is awesome, we went before but I was really hoping for something closer so I don't have to burn up all my vacation time at the beginning of the year. Thanks though.

Hatfield/McCoy trail in W.Virginia. 7-8 hour drive from Detroit. Trail stickers 48.00 for the year (that's the only way they sell them now). Lots of single track and orv trails that are well marked. Checkout Youtube for some videos of the singletrack trails, off da hook!
