Default Plexiglas

Where can I get it? Do they sell it at like lowes or Home Depot? Any idea on what the price would be for a 24"x60" piece, probably 1/8" thick.

is this for a windshield? I was talking with a plastics guy last week and he was telling me about a new type of plexiglass that does not scratch easily but still pliable.

Home Depot, Lowes will have it, Lowes can cut it for you to your specs, but plexiglass is mighty pricey. should run you about $75.

MR10 Lexan. There's an eBay seller that has a ton of different kinds of plexiglas, acrylic, MR10 scratch resistant, race car glass, etc.

Either that or Home Depot has sheets of the regular stuff, the thinnest they go I think is .093. I make bass guitar pickguards out of the plexiglas.

Don't know that you'll find a piece bigger than 48" at home depot. I've bought smaller sheets there before for my side windows on my toyota.

For windshield, you'll want something hardcoated, just getting lexan isn't enough.
