Default geo tracker

just picked up a 97 4dr geo tracker today, right now it has a 3 inch body lift with 31" bfg's, looks pretty cool. looking to go bigger with it tho. was thinkin a long the lines of getting a set of axles out of a jeep and 33"s or else 35"s, it gets around good right now as it is, fun little toy...any suggestions on how to go about this?

you can buy my whole rig trail ready and save yourself the hassles!

or just the body and stuff that's 90% there and have a project to build.

$1800 will get you the complete body, bumpers, skids, interior, mounts for everything already figured out, links, radiator, etc. All you have to do is provide the engine, trans, t-case, axles and you're running!

i would love the bumpers lol, but i cant swing that kind of cash. i have a buddy with a wrecked jeep and its been sitting for three months, i asked him about the axles and springs and everything, and he said he would figure a price for me. i dont want to go huge just like 33"s, but i wanna be able to bounce it and not worry about breakin anything at the dunes and have a nice soft ride too

Do you realize what you are getting for $1800? 95geo's setup gets you exactly what you want. It rides like a champ and you'll never duplicate it with jeep springs.

that's cool...

Good luck building your rig, you'll find out very quickly that what you are trying to do cant really be done correctly for less than a couple grand and that's if you get really lucky with everything.

for what you're talking about doing I'd expect you to have $5000 into it before you're hitting the trail.

I'm a broke college student too!

i hope i can do a ch eap budget build but who knows, if it does end up costing me more its just gonna have to take longer to do haha, the only reason i even got the tracker is cuz itraded a car for it, who knows i might even leave it the way it is and just put diff gears and some motor mods in it and make her a lil more gutsy
