Why does the state web site show that Prop 2 didnt pass ?

If you scroll to the bottom you will see that Wayne County is not yet reporting their results and those who called it a "Yes" win on Prop 2 are probably extrapolating that Wayne County will provide more than enough "Yes" votes to mean that it passes.


Also, Oakland County hasn't reported yet either.

oakland and wayne county are not accounted for on there. Those two counties carry enough votes and most are democratic and therefore support the research.
