1988 Volvo 860 Turbo sedan $650

1988 Volvo 860 Turbo, turbo has been disconnected, although runs decent, speedo stopped working just recent, Engine rebuilt 30K ago car has just under 200K miles, has leather interior and is a auto Body is black and in good shape $750, call 616-886-1869...or trade for ATV or Truck Camper

So the turbo was just blocked off? How exactly has it been disconnected?

The turbo seals went out at the same time the bearings started to make noise. I blocked off the oil supply line and rerouted the intake air. The turbo is still in place so technically its not disconnected......it just not being used for boost. The engine still runs fine, it just dosent have the same mid range pep as before. You could easily put in a replacement turbo froma scrap yard as I have everthing i removed....or just drive it.

Oh ok. So the turbo is still functioning as a spark arrestor.
