Talking SCRAPPED *** 1978 cj5 - selling what's left as a package deal $150-scraping 3/21/09

I am done parting this out, you can see in the pictures what is left of it.
It just has amc20 housing left, guts are gone. Body is good for scrap, front half of frame is good. Hood is OK except someone punch it out where the air filter is to gain clearance. The only thing that I'm keeping is the front bumper with towbar. Otherwise you get what you see that's on the cj5. I still have a title for it. So if there is no takers I'm going to scrap it soon, I"m sick of looking at it.

Come and get it.

Front half of frame is good.
Good stock springs.
Tire carrier.
Roll bar.

Make me an offer before I load it up on a trailer.

$150 obo with title

Is the roll bar any good. I have a 74.....will that work for me, I think at 76 the CJ5's were made like 6in longer???

Is the skid plate any good...I need that too.

Also interested in the dash plate.

If that's what I just looked at, then it's rotten.

The roll bar is fine, except that someone welded two loops to it so they could get into silver lake with people in the back seat. I don't know if it fits 74 though.

The skid plate is ok, it seems someone welded brackets on one side to attach it to the frame.

Dash is there and in pretty good shape. Do you need the gauges as well, or just the plate?

Could I get some pics of the roll bar and the dash plate. What price are you asking. I don't need the guages but I do want all the knobs that came on the dash plate.

Sorry Rudy, no seatbelts. Well, at least nothing complete or in good shape.

That roll bar should fit fine in a 74. There is no difference in the length of a 74 and a 78
