Default ECM Programming

Wondering if any of you know someone that can reprogram the ECM for my 98 K2500.

I have installed a GMPP 350 HO and it seems to need some fuel and spark adjustments.

I have my timing dialed in at 0 degrees and the crank varation has been set on a tech 2.
