Not at all scary, even with the high wind advisery...the pilot is awesome, and did a great job...probably worried I was going to turn green!

very cool.....have fun? hope that pilot had fun with your first flight......got to ride in the Coast Gaurd Dolphin out of savannah..(looks like the same bird just painted different) I almost puked when the damn pilot (good friend of mines father) went pretty damn close to vertical pulled it over and dove straight back down over the tybee beach pier...second best damn ride of my life...

good luck on that next flight....

I got to go because I'm special I guess!...no, you have to be a licensed medic or medical resident to participate....just so happens I know the right people in the right spots I guess!
I had a blast...always wanted to do this...never pursued it because the closest flight service to metro detroit was UofM ann arbor...and you have to be a UofM nurse to even think about applying.

It was so windy with wind advisory warnings... when we flew...the dam or reservoir had white caps on it! Pretty cool getting tossed around in a 'bird'...feels like being in my jeep in some of the trails we've all been on. But way more awesome!...and on the way to help with a serious accident! Landing in a soybean field.

damn cracker beat me to it...actaully the best ride was on the wing of a AH-6 little bird that inserted my sniper team onto roof tops in the ghan and iraq, if you want a reference point watch Blackhawk Down, when that lil helo with the guys sitting out on the platform seats settles down on the roof of the target building, exact same bird, same concept...the best one ever though was a "map of the earth" training mission staying a constant 10 feet from the treetops or ground whatever was available in the hill country of kentucky at night, no lights...up, down, left, right and back again at full speed.

Front DS are over rated along with t-case fluid, last year I ran Bruceapolloza last year in 2wd Hi no problems. I went every people with 4 lo went and never got stuck. Get off your ass go go for it.
