Default Browns was closed by health dept

I stopped at Browns this weekend, I spoke with security dude and barmaid. Both said the health dept shut them down (for a couple days) because the patrons were not wearing shirts and shoes. They put a "shirts and shoes" rule in effect, but basically said screw it when people would listen...Personally, I don't care if people wear shirts and shoes at this place (prefer that the good looking ladies lose the shirts)...
Ur thoughts.......

That's pretty stupid considering it's a bar on the water like that.

That and th condition of the bathrooms, and I am sure the kitchen should have shut them down long before a waitress with a bikini top on did.

Last time I was there was a long time ago, and I never used the bathrooms. Dirty bathrooms would make sense, but what difference does it make what the customers are wearing (excluding nudity)? I mean the cooks and waitresses should definitely have a dress code to follow, but customers?
