Chuck Norris would not need to catch a bullet in his teeth.

His icy stare would freeze the gunpowder, making it impossible to ignite.

Nothing Yet.The Detrective that they said would be contacting him hasn't even called yet........ I guess the dog lost the scent after a while......But we live in Eaton County and it was just on the other side of the road in Ingham county, so i guess it's low priority, and they are busy looking for Brothers in the hood!
He didn't have to work yesterday and he was looking for someone to work for him today......
He asked me what to do? I really don't know what to tell him...It shook him up pretty bad. He's been doing it for 4 years while going to college but jobs are hard to find that will accomate his school schedule.. I hope it was a iceolated incident..but now he's a bit "Gun Shy". Oh and he has a belt in Karate but I think he did the right thing by just giving up the money and not taking the chance of a bullet. I already lost my husband 14 years ago.I really didn't want to lose a son too !

wow, Karen. So sorry to hear this happened. I don't blame your son for being "gun shy." The fact that he is still considering going back to work is a testament to his determination. I hope he is able to get back "in the saddle" quickly--not sure there is an easy way to get over such a thing.

I was going to suggest he carry a tazer, but not sure if that would even help. I'd be afraid I'd get shot just getting it out of my pocket (besides, I'm sure for some stupid reason it would be illegal--like being able to protect ourselves should be less important that some criminal's right....)

Glad he didn't get physically hurt. Hopefully the shakin' up feeling goes away soon!
