Default Need some help...

Dealer replaced IWE solenoid on 2007 SCrew FX4 F150 about 2 to 3 months ago. Truck is making the same noise again and dealer says it's a "vacuum leak this time" and wants me to pay for the dianostics and repair, my warranty is 7 year 75k is with that....i am pretty certain it's the solenoid again and they want to collect money for one thing and just replace the valve again. Anyhow i can purchase the IWE for less than $25 and replace it myself. Problem is if i follow the TSB for the repair and there is water in the hub/diaphram there is a procedure to clear it out. This procedure is in the 2006 Workshop Manual (WSM) on-line version, Section 308-07A, Pin Point Tests B21 and B22. I have no way to access this, can someone tell me where to find it or give me a link to it.

Thanks in advance
