Default Big heavy steel layout style table- make an easy $100

something found in an industrial shop, I would like it to be very sturdy. I would be using this as a fab/fixture table. the bigger the better, I'm thinking 8x4 up to 6x10 would be ideal. something with grooves every 6" or so would be ideal also.

let me know if you have something or a line on something.

Thanks!

I'm assuming you could handle the transportation of this, right? I might know of a good lead. Give me a couple days and I'll let you know what I find.

I'm pretty sure I can get something figured out if what I have wont work and it is still what I'm looking for.

Similar. Plate doesn't wrap around the side like that one and not as long.

just did some searching and it looks to be about what I'm looking for, I'm sure he got an incredible deal on it and isn't looking to get rid of it.

ideally I want one with grooves or slots in it like the one pictured above though

The construction is much more like Karl's, but with thin slots like the attached pic with the chassis on it.

if you find me one and I buy it I'll give you $100. sound fair?

the requirements are:
-at least 48" wide up to 72" wide, at least 96" long up to 120" or so
-needs to have some sort of grooves or scribe lines on the top to locate/measure from.
-height is not super important as that can change pretty easily... 18" to 36" or so seems common
-around $1000 or under
-closer to south eastern michigan the better
-you find it and I buy it, I'll give you $100
