Default neutral safety hook-up (car related)

i have a B&M shifter in my car, was in it when i purcahsed it. And my car has headers so the linkage is long past gone for the Nuetral safety switch. Last year i went to the track and the guy doing tech inspection let me pas with it not hooked up (it does work). I am going back this friday (to the track). But i would like to get it hooked up. Didn't the shifter assm's come with a sensor or somethign that is suppose to get wired in to by-pass the linkage. Or if anyone has any cheap quick solutions to my problem. Thanks for looking and any/all replies

That shifter should have a switch built into it. Two little tabs off the side. I have the same one in my YJ, except the truck version with the taller base.

CC is correct. They use two micro switches bolted together for neutral safety and reversve lights. If you need them we normally have them in stock...
