Default Help, 3800 II V6 Leaking Coolant

My 1998 Grand Prix with a 3800 series II V6 is leaking coolant (Dexcool) intermitantly. It appears to be coming from the front of the motr (passenger side). The rubber hoses to and from the heater seem dry, the water pump is dry. It only leaks on a rare occasion but when it leaks the coolant flows out in a constant stream. I've searched all over and can't find the source of this "Virtual" leak.

Any ideas or common problems you know of?
