Default brake sliders

so i finished my new rear axle but what would you recommend for greasing the sliders on the calipers? the drivers side is sticking so i need to get it movin. any suggestions?

well i figured as much. just didnt know if anyone had any sort of special thoughts on a brand they found held up well to heat and water...

actally anti sieze does a good job too especially with copper

I'd wire brush the hell out of them first, to remove any possible rust and crud. I find that one of those small wire brushes on a Dremel tool does an excellent job.

Then I use Lubriplate to grease the sliders. Just enough to lube them - don't slather on so much that if flakes off and gets on the pads. Lubriplate works good if it gets wet (which is why it's used a lot in fishing reels).
