MOOG Part # ES2012S More Info {Adjusting Sleeve}
Frt Strg; LH; Pitman Arm To Connecting Tie Rod; 4WD
Frt Strg; LH; Steering Arm To Steering Arm; 4WD
Frt Strg; RH; 2WD; Crew Cab, Ambulance

ACDELCO Part # 45A0425 More Info {#88910259}
ROD,STRG LNKG INR TIE -; LEFT HAND; w/4WD; 1" - 18 THREADS

Not sure if these are the parts you're looking for, but I did a quick search at rockauto for a 94 F350 w/diesel engine. Plenty of 4wd listings there.
