Default bike question

what type of greases and lubes do you use on your bikes....and by bike im talking pedal bikes.......

i just bought me and the g/f bikes and i want to make sure the idiots at the stores put them together and assembled em right.....already found a couple of things done wrong so im diging into them deeper

hubs/bottom bracket/headset = whatever grease I grab at the auto parts store. Usually some wheelbearing grease in a big tub for $4

Chain = Triflow (one drop on every part of the chain, let it sit for a minute, then wipe off the excess with a rag)

Try White Lightning or Pedro's Syn Lube. I personally like White Lightning better, it
does'nt attract as much dirt and grime. Work's great for mountain Biking. These should
be available at any bike shop.

dunhams for hers and mine was at mejier......we stoped at the local bike shop to look around and the cheepest ones were the treks....which i liked alot but one bike cost what i wanted to spend on 2......

I used to use White Lightning, but it cakes up over time. Now I swear by Boeshield T-9...great stuff!
