Thats a pretty damn good idea . I know the probablem of every thing getting muddled together cause i have that . I can hear really well , but in a group the conversations tend to become one big noise you cant pick apart .

I know what your talking about Grandman, I don't think you wear hearing aids but over the years of being around loud noises. certain frequencies get muttled especially when there is alot near the same frequency. like people talking in a crowded room. not that you can't hear your brain has a hard time diffentiating the different frequencies. and you get confused who is saying what. not to mention alcohol intensifying the effect.

Thats it TJ , i can hear a noise out side no one else can hear , a truck at the shop starts up i hear it sitting in the house at home .

Let 3 or 4 people talk at the same time and its one humble mumble to me :gman:

I have the same problem, but mine's from being 10" away from Electrified Xenon lamp that was at ~800* when it exploded in an 8'x14' room. Some sounds I can hear like no tomorrow, but I have ALOT of trouble hearing actual voices.
