Rockford Fosgate CD/MP3 -- $60

This was in my old 1999 jeep TJ for about 8 months, then some punks broke in and took the face plate. After about 2 months I finally got a replacement from rockford fosgate but it had a small crack in it from shipping. You can make it out in the picture, I didnt even remove the plastic they put on for shipping. It has been packaged up in the box ever since. I took it out to take pictures.

RX9300 model

Comes with:
- remote control
- faceplate carrying bag
- TJ wiring harness already installed
- Preout/in patch cords

If I remember correctly, it was better than the old factory Jeep CD player it replaced. That skipped like crazy even on the road.

If this has rca preouts for front / rear / and sub, I'd be very interested.

I just checked some specs online, looks like it does ? :

Summed Preamp Outputs: In addition to the front and rear preamp outputs, this unit has a set of summed preamp outputs. The summed outputs provide a summed left-plus-right mono output through two female RCA connections. The summed output is meant for connecting a subwoofer amplifier. For convenient level matching with the rest of the system, the summed output level may be independently set from 0 to 30. In addition, the outputs have a selectable low-pass filter, allowing you to choose 80Hz or full-range operation.

Auxiliary Inputs: Two sets of female RCA jacks are provided to allow the connection of portable audio sources. Just connect your portable cassette, MD or MP3 player to this unit, and you can listen to the audio from the portable player through the speakers in your mobile audio system. Each Aux input level is adjustable and can be set to -6, 0, or +6. The jacks are located on the 10" long preamp input and output wiring harness, which connects to the back of the unit.

I will take a closer look, just looks to be the covering plastic piece over the LCD but I have never hooked it up to see or removed that protective plastic cling.
