Default New shoes woot!!!

Got home from college after taking a Japanese final that I aced. On the porch were my new beadlocks Yes this time there actual beadlock, and not street locks. there all 17's, 4 are Eagle 0589 series wheels, converted by OMF, and I got there rockdomes. The fifth is a Robby Gordon beadlock($50 bucks from Ebay). What are yalls opinion, keep the rings polished, or painted. Im thinking about white rings and black domes. Any other color ideas? Im thinking red, however my Jeep is all white and black. Im finally 1 step closer to getting my new front axle installed in my TJ.

Nice. Is it still illegal to drive on the road with beadlocks, or did they finally get them DOT approved?

The Eagle wheels look nice. The Robby Gordon one is not looking so good.

Keep them polished.

yep, laws are fo sucka's. as long as you check the torque on the bolts once a month your fine. Besides now there are so many fake beadlocks out there how would a cop even know. Besides a cop can always find a reason to pull you over if they want.

It's not the traffic cop you should worry about. It's the cop that tears down your vehicle after it's impounded from killing someone and before the lawsuit.

I agree. No sense doing the right thing simply because it's the right thing to do. We live in a society of immediate gratification, do what makes you happy..
