Default Quick question about a D44

I have a 76 Dana 44 that is narrowed (thanks to 99grandtj) I have a friend that has a 78 d44....he said if i sell some stuff for him he will give me it....will those outer knuckles work on my axle? Is the steering setup going to work....they have to be flat top dont they?

Also, a more inportant question....
Wht size rims will i have to run? Im going to have ford brakes....So i heard you have to be more than 15.....Wll 16s work???? I need a answer to this one fast lol..

Work great, no they won't be flat tops and don't need to be. The steering will be to long. 1/2 ton 15's fit 3/4 ton 16's.

I have those 1/2 ton ford knuckles if you want them
