scuba is great, but with this you can be completely lazy and make it do the work for you! lol

who's scuba divers here anyway? Since moving down here, I don't have anybody to dive with...

where is USVI? I've never heard of it.

We'll have to get a group together and do some dives this year. Most of my diving has been up north. I haven't done any since I've moved down here. I'd love if somebody could show me some good dive spots...

lol. I didn't know that. Do you have gear? I have all my stuff, but my tanks are like all only half full, and need annuals.

Walk in to any dive shop and state loudly, "I wanna learn to dive!" They will be more than happy to sell you a bunch of stuff, rent you a bunch more stuff, and line you up with some training.

If you want to save some money, find somebody with some extra gear and then go do a shallow dive. If you like, get trained! It can be pricey, but it's a blast.

I've taken a couple newbies out to try it and they've all loved it. Just be honest with yourself. If you have any fears of water or don't like being confined then you may not want to try it. If your ok with that, then do a shallow dive. That way if something goes wrong, like you freaking out, you can swim to the surface. I'm talking like under 20 ft.
