Default 2 New Bds Lifts

Hello all. Spring is our busy season so I am a little late getting our newest product releases out to you. We have just recently released our new 8" 04-08 F-150 system as well as our JK Long Arm systems. You can see the NPRs for these here:

F-150 - http://www.bds-suspension.com/BDSLib...S_NPR-569H.pdf

JK - http://www.bds-suspension.com/BDSLib...S_NPR-469H.pdf

In addition to these we are within a week or so of releasing our 8.5" XJ long arm and 4.5" TJ long arm systems. I will do my best to get that information out to you as soon as it is ready.

As always, please let me know if you have any questions about these or any other BDS product.

Thanks,
Matt

Will the 4.5" TJ long arm clear 35s?

Default Trailblazer Lift

Hey thanks for the heads up. I run your 2" lift on my wife's Trailblazer to clear 32's, awesome product.

It will clear 35s just as well as any other 4.5" lift setup would. You wouldn't have any issues with street and light offroading. When you really start to flex it out you would get some rubbing (again, like most other 4.5" lifts). That is easily fixed by adding a little taller bump stop and maybe even adjusting the steering stops a little. Nothing major.

I should have the NPR for this kit available sometime this week.

I'm starting to see more lifted JK's around town, and most have 35" tires. Those jeeps look great with the 4" lift on them.

Thanks oscartj. The Trailblazer lift has become a pretty popular product for us...which was a little unexpected to be honest. We just saw a huge market with virtually no aftermarket support and thought, hey, why not give it a try.

Send us some pics of your Trailblazer when you get a chance.

I agree, Chrysler really opened up the wheel wells on the JK which helps a ton when fitting bigger meats. When we were doing R&D on our 2, 3 and 4" lifts for the JK we ran 35s @ 2 and 3" then bumped it up to 37s for 4". 35s are still a better look at 4" IMO but the 37s still had plenty of room. To bad they had to ditch the 4 liter for this wimpy V6 that starts to struggle with anything over a 33.

I took a JK with 37's to Silver Lake this weekend.. It'll stuff those 37's right up in the well no problem.. Just had a problem with the tire rubbin' the stock rubicon rock rail.. But with a little modifing that problem will be resolved soon. I also took a look at a JK that SandyKorners had there with your 3" lift on it.. They only had the stock Rubi Tires on it but your lift looks very good and nice to install.

Oh and with the stock Rubi gearing and the 37's man that v6 is strugglin' On the E-way you have to leave OD off ..
