Default figure 8 racing

i have a problem: i run figure eight cars at just like local fairs and stuff, the problem is that i have a 94 cadillac sts that i was going to race this year but the 4h fair where i usually race has changed the rules for the minimum wheelbase to 116" inches which is stupid because the cadillac is only 111". My question to everyone is do you know who else holds figure 8 races and how i can get ahold of the rules?
