Help me scare the crap out of my high school students...NS for weak people

Ok, I am building my powerpoint stuff for school and I want to add some punch to my safety lessons.

I need pictures of shop type injuries...eye injuries, coolant burns, smashed fingernails etc.

Sorta like this:

I need bigger pics, not thumb nail size stuff because I display this stuff on the projector and I need them to be clear.

They need to be shop type injuries as I teach automotive....not looking for car crash stuff. Looking for picture of injuries that could happen in a shop.

Thanks for helping!

mmm I should've taken pics of the welding slag in the eye, knife to the hand resulting in hours of hand surgery, exhaust burns.

Or last week when I dropped my Holley Blue electric fuel pump on my face while installing it..... yeah, that left a cut and hurt, and bruised

There's a pic of a guy that sawed himself in half using a band saw. Of course, it's a self inflicted injury, but it happened in a shop.....

I LOVE the bottle cap smack on the forhead....that's funny. I'm gonna use that one....dipshit kids are doing stupid stuff like that all the time.

Keep em coming.

Oh, and the thing stick in the eye is A broken sewing needle penetrates a maintainer's eye. Safety goggles were not worn.

I had basicly the same thing happen to me with a wire wheel. Mechanic 4 stalls from me was grinding, I was down at my bench eating lunch and took a wire in the side of the eye. Wire was 1.25 inches long and went in about 3/4 of a inch.

I would suggest ogrish.com and/or steackandcheese.com

GRAPHIC FREAKING WARNING both sites are extremely NOTWORKSAFE and you don't want those in your browser history.

For your information, mr. wiseass, it was a bottle of shampoo.

Not a bar of soap.

a guy i used to work with was prying something on a window regulator with a flat blade screw driver. i came over to talk to him, and the screwdriver slipped off of whatever he was prying and hit him in the face. he must have had his mouth open or something at that moment, cuz the screw driver punctured him between the upper lip and gums, and exited next to his nose.

he looked at me all surprised, pulled the screwdriver out and kept working. after he was done with the windown regulator, he went to the bathroom, looked at his face in the mirror. wiped it with an alcohol pad and went back to work.
