Anyone know the difference in power between the 2? I have both but it would be easier to run the 88 motor I have. The trans is already on it and I wont have to mess with the oil filter deal and it has a good pan. I need to change the pan on the 90s engine.
i have a 96 obd2, it has mass air flow its suppose to be better for engine upgrades like a cam or bigger injectors. go on fullsize bronco.com they have alot of info on any ford.
Roller 351s start with the casting # F4TE (94 and newer) Among a few others the lifter bores are taller in the F4 roller blocks. If you will be building for HP in the future use the 94+, If you are just running it with mild upgrades the 88 will be great.
