With the recent announcement of Drew and Mikes departure, it got me to thinking of all the awesome drops they use on their show. I think one of my favorites, somewhat new, is the "yea who is it, yea stay on the line........ stay on the line..... hold it....... wait..... ok yea good we got the trace, what do you want?"
Haha when they were talking to Elrick about the KK trial and he came back at them with Arnold drops and then they played theirs back and kicked his ass cause he was too slow at it haha
One of the guys in my office was just talking about that. I thought they would get a little harsh, but I mean if you call in, be prepared to bring your guns.
I like them because I have been listening to them for years. I don't like the younger crowd, like Dave and Chuck. Oh well what can ya do.
I don't like the young crowd of my generation. I think that most of them are all idiots that don't even have half a brain, expect everything to be given to them, and don't know what "respect" is.
I'd rather listen to the older guys like Drew and Mike than hear idiots calling in saying "penis":sonicjay:
They were truly funny in the 90s. Their phone pranks like donut shop terrorism were light hearted and original. Their shows with TC and the early cliff notes theater were great.
Sometime in the early 2000's they lost their edge and the shows became sports and politics and reality show recaps. Plus their phone pranks went from light hearted to outright mean and uncomfortable, and Trudy kind of turned into a bitch
I probably listened for 10-12 years back then, but haven't tuned in for years now. Sometimes I still catch the show opener when I work overnights. Brings back memories
Wayne Fontes "don't weasel in!"
Stan's turkey call to get the aliens attention
Does he look like a bitch?!?
Biiiiiiiitch!
haven't listened for about 5 years though, went to 97.1 sports/talk
I don't want no mo keeids but ill give you a paint jawb
