Homemade is always better, but how would you rate this store bought kim chee?

Cut up some pork in thin slices. Brown in a frying pan.
In soup pot boil up vegetable stock and add a whole small jar of kimchi. Stew till desired tenderness. Then add in the pork and fresh green onion cut into 3" lengths. Spoon into bowls with a scoup of rice.

That is a down and dirty method.
