Stuff I buy at Meijer sucks as a side dish, but is great for stir fries and soups.
I recently finished off a jar my mom made for me
Cut up some pork in thin slices. Brown in a frying pan.
In soup pot boil up vegetable stock and add a whole small jar of kimchi. Stew till desired tenderness. Then add in the pork and fresh green onion cut into 3" lengths. Spoon into bowls with a scoup of rice.
