Well I got on the scale lastnight and WOW I'm super fat (318.6lbs).so today is the day I start doing something about it! Im only going to drink water(also some beer):teehee: watching what I eat and doing some biking to start.
I will be happy if I can get down to 220-240 range !

week 2-302.8lbs=-9.4
week 3-300.1lbs=-2.7
week4-298.0lbs=-2.1
Week5-295.2lbs=-2.8
Week6-293.8lbs=-1.4
Week12?-284.0lbs
Woohoo....I was down another 3 lbs. this morning after my workout...That puts me to 252lbs, 34 lbs total loss since October 7th (start of 24 day challenge) and 63 lbs. since December 2011 when my wife and started making healthy changes in our Lives!!! hoping to be below 250 by Memorial day!
Went shopping last night. Nothing but fresh fruits, fresh veggies, chicken boobs (all the other meat we eat I kill), dairy and popcorn (the real stuff that you actually have to pop in a popper). Oh, and lots of toilet paper :teehee: Dinner was a little later than usual so it consisted of a homemade fruit smoothy. Today is the first day I have ate out for lunch in a week and it was a chicken sub with no dressing's from Subway. I love the taste of good for you food it just isn't as convenient.
no i need moneys lol but hey im on the kick too. i started at 217 and am down to 212! was at a wedding last night and when i ate it was all greens and meats i was like no taters or butteredrollgoodness?!?
i find my exercise playing catch with my dad in the street. except we dont throw like the girls in the VW commercial, we try to hurt each other... my arm hurts this morning
