One apple
Half an avacado
Scoop of peanut butter
Squirt of local honey
some oats
Scoop of protein powder
8oz of Orange juice
Handful of spinach
A few frozen berries (blue, black, rasp)
Push the smoothie button and 43 seconds breakfast is served.
This morning I went through the hot bar at Whole Foods and played chicken with a vegan.
Every time she would scoop more vegan slop onto her tray, I'd scoop more bacon, sausage, and eggs.
I ended up with a huge pile of bacon, 4 different types of sausage, and more eggs than I could eat. Shit was expensive too!
Vegan girl must have been hungry, I probably would be too if I ate that slop all the time.
When I stopped consuming mass amounts of bread, cereal and other grains I starved for weeks, and I was eating massive amounts of meat and veggies, I can only imagine trying to go vegetarian or vegan, I can't imagine how hungry I would feel all the time.
Peanuts. One was in the shape of meballs, i was gonna take a pic, but the guy i work with got all excited and put meballs in his mouth before i took a pic.
