Looking to find a Manual Shift BW4406 Tcase, mostly found in Ford F150's from 97-03. Looking to use this for a manual Tcase swap in a 5.0 AWD Ford Explorer.

Thanks

I have converted two, both 98s. The wife and I both dd them. Best mod done by far. Not only did I pick up about 1.5 mpg but it steers so much easier and has more power.

Front shaft from a expedition, f150 with a 4.6L and 4r70 trans. 1330-1310 conversion joint at the front diff.

Rear shaft from any 5.4 expedition.

I removed the rear two cats and got a 2-1 exhaust pipe and did a thrush muffler w/ tailpipe. Not having those two cats in the way made a world of difference with the install. Plus the computer doesn't monitor those and with finding the right scrap guy the cats paid for the entire exhaust setup in the end.

In 4lo the brakes struggle to hold the truck.

I think liv2mx may have a case. I bought one of mine from him and I believe he had another.
