Gladwin Comp Bog has been postponed until Saturday April 20.
We were hit with an ice storm last night. Many with no power or phone.
Hopefully by the 20th it will be warmer too
OK then.....GL4X4 people...that gives you another whole week to get ready. This event had a pretty good turn out last year for what I believe was their first one. If you can't run it, you might want to just spectate and check it out
Mudviper- I would definitely bring your helmet. I am wondering about the street class also. I have a license plate on it, so I must be in the street class, right?
You are allowed 2 mod.s to your engine and can still be in the street class.
Like cam and carb, or headers and ignition and so on. 3 or more your in the mod class.
Lift kit doesn't count as long as it is not 4 linked.
A helmet, fire extinguisher and a 3/4 screw clevis in place of your trailer hitch ball.
Yes there will be a tech inspection on all vehicles. Just got a call from one of the guys in charge of the pit. He's looking for someone to try it out before Saturday. Any takers?
If so call Terry 989-302-0100. I would but found a wheel bearing that needs attention.
Going to be a good hole in Gladwin. Went to the fairgrounds yesterday a took a look.
For any questions about mod.s or cut tires, please click on the flyer on the top of this post, THANK YOU.
The next Comp. Bog in Gladwin is going to be a part of the county fair.
According to the Gladwin County Fair Schedule, thats on-line right now,
it is going to be on Friday July 26th at 7pm. Going to run it under the lights this time.
Keep ya posted on what time tech. inspection is.
Looks like this one is going to be a lot better than last time.
The next time we have a play bog, I'll let you know. Do a little test and tune.
