if you read the whole bill its full of good things for all to use.

as fopr the $7.25 Ohio pays for their stickers, it lets them ride legal in the state parks as well as every other riding oppertunity. and its good for 3 years.. as for trail maintenance you find they let the fed manage a greater portion of their systems so they have more funding from the Dept. Of the Interior.
ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles or APVs...All Purpose Vehiclse) are not allowed on state park trails. The Ohio Division of Forestry has four State Forests that have designated areas for ATV's (motor cycles, quad runners and etc.) but no areas for jeeps, trucks and 4WD cars or buses.
