no sir. It is not that. You already have a truck that can price upwards of 60k. If you add an upgrade on a similar pricing as the super duty's diesel you're tipping the scale into the 65k range which is well into the base of a gas super duty. The ability to sell such a combo at that price range is slim and none. The desire is a v6 diesel capable of a moderate increase in hp and torque with much better fuel economy for a small increase in price to the half ton truck staying under the base of the super duty segment.
