The more I think about this the less I like it. In other words, bad behavior will be advertised to the general public with no balance by advertising good behavior. The end result: general public will be left with an impression that ORV users do bad things. It might be OK if say the billboard were split with images of good behavior by ORV enthusiests (say cleaning up trial system and fire lanes) juxteposed to poor behavior on the same board.
I'm not quoting idiots who promote unsafe recovery strap techniques anymore. :miff:
