Stay away from anything that will increase the traction capability of the front end. The aluminum front housing can't take the additional load. I ripped the mounting ears off at least 5 of them during some relatively moderate wheeling trips. If you upgrade to the OEM Grand Vitara iron housing or Calmini's steel Anvil you could get away with some form of locker in there but I would shy away from anything welded in the front.
Back in my stockish Tracker days I ran 31's, lock-right rear and open front and still managed to twist 3 rear axles. Your right at your limit for tire size as the axles would be the weak link in the whole system. The factory sway bar doesn't adversly affect your articulation enough to remove it. I tried it both ways and just left mine on.
