Those are 35"s (metric) want 37"s but will definitely need gears, no hurry quite yet.
Also, note, torsion bars are quite easy to deal with actually, working with a C-clamp. Once the bolt (adjuster) is out, the torsion bars will "fall out" unless they are a little rusty, I used a rachet strap and the C-clamp to get leverage to twist the T-bar in reverse, they then came right out. I used alot of anti-sieze lubricant during re-assembly just in case.
