the only time mine have ever been "hot" was running the dunes for 45 minutes working the suspension really hard.... I'd venture a guess that they were no hotter than a standard shock would have been.
no, they are not as effecient or effective as coilovers and/or triple bypass shocks in the desert but they do what they were designed to do very well.
if they really are then what the hell are they doing holding up the truck?
airshocks with fake bypass tubes welded on? I cant see the diameter of the shaft very well in the pic to be sure...
