Just curious why does the 225 "car start" option suck?

Looked at sears and they have a 2/40/200 for 80 bucks and the big dog 2/15/50/225 for 150.

both have the 2 amp trickle charge. one has a 40 amp rapid charge (1 - 3 hours) one has a 15 amp fast charge(??). first one has a 200 amp car start, second has a 50 amp and 225 amp car start. Is the second worth the extra 70 bucks?
