Body lifts no big deal, unless the body is rotted on the mounts.

Working on parting out my 90 Bronco, 3" susp/3" body lift, no issues caused by that.

If bigger tires on it, what gears are in axles, stock or better, any locker's in the diff's.

Any Bronco that age is gonna need "regular" maintenance and parts, just part of owning an older 4x4.
Tailgate motors, wiring sucks...... Switches....
Electronic Transfer case? push button on dash? those motors suck......
If you can do some work yourself, you'll be allright, but if you have to take it somewhere for everything. Good luck. Any q's let me know, had mine about 5 years.....

Make sure the 4x4 works, hubs lock, etc. Look it over for any leaks anywhere, the normal stuff you check with any used vehicle.....
