With the t case in neutral, spin the front driveshaft by hand under the truck and see if the axleshafts are spinning(you will be able to watch them at the ends of the axle housing). It is probable that you have an open differential(no locker) so one shaft may spin forward, one lay spin in reverse at the same time, or only one will spin, neither means that anything is broken.
Not trying to insult you, but do you know how hubs work? that you have to spin the outter dial to get them to lock?
If the axle shafts spin, your hubs are locked, then yes, your hubs are shot
