Not sure how they know seals are hard with out takeing it apart but that is all they said. They did run some sort of scanner .. I think it was the DDR II. The turning the key 3 times did not reveal any codes.
Fluid looks and smells fine, I have changed it and filter about every 30k cuz I know how bad Dodge transmissions are.
My trans has acted like that at times (Hmm, rebuilt 48RE, I think..). LOL, I was 3.5 quarts low on fluid.
