Well here is a little infor on the Hummer H2. First, it has a 6.0L V-8 gas engine , M32 heavy duty 4L65E trans, lockable transfer case, 14 bolt E-locker 9:50" rear end, which the Tahoe dosen't come with.

Second, The frame is boxed and while the same technique is used to form the frame & suspension, it's not even the same but heavier than a K-3500.

Third, H-2 is built by AMG at a AMG facility and the Tahoe is build by the UAW.

I got this infor from the Hummer form site, which has more infor on this stuff.
