Default simple cheep tig rig you can make at home*now with pics*

this works with dc a powersorce(dc stick welder) for all steels and it works very well

heres how i did it=
used a standard air cooled tig torch screwed it onto 10' of 5/8s rubber coated ssbraided hose with standerd metal wrench type fitings at each end crimped on.
used a bernard flow meter to control argon pressure. meter set to about 25
hook ground lead to hose/meter fitting
hook hot lead to work piece (steel is run rev. pol.)

you have no remote (foot pedal) so you cant change you heat while you weld (you just start cold and build heat through your puddle)
and no high freak. so you have to mach start your ark (wont be able to pass x-ray w/it)

i used it fri night to reweld every weld on a 76 honda chopper frame and it worked great.
