I agree with your point in that its someplace that the gov't should not go, but "leaving it alone" would allow the law to stand. What they need to do is act and fix a piece of legislature ASAP that incriminates consenting adults. Prosecution under this law would land you in the Sex Offender's Registry.

The really funny part about this development is that the Attorney General is the one that pushed for the literal interpretation of the law during the prosecution of someone who had committed a serious crime and the Attorney General himself is a known adulterer. :tonka:
