looking at the one you posted, (and its always hard to tell in photos) but having that single point to push from could spell trouble (green circle) the further it goes out in stroke. if there was a second location to push from it would help cylinder life (red arrow)
mine has about 7 or so notches to work from which i think is too many really. i only use 2 or three for 180's and most bends dont require that i move it at all.
also, a set of locking casters is a great thing since some pieces might hit your ceiling as your working (indoor outdoor option). it seems like im always moving mine and its way heavier than it looks.
